1. Overlay

Install a asphalt cap over your existing driveway or parking lot.

If your driveway or parking lot will accept a overlay, it's  a very cost effective way to have a new asphalt surface.

2. New asphalt driveway or parking lot.

Removing your existing asphalt surface and install a new driveway or parking lot.

After your asphalt is brought to a recyling plant, we evaluate your class five base. The class five base , which is the strength of your driveway or parking lot should be 4-6 inches thick after compaction. After your base is reworked for draiange and compacted, we install a new asphalt layer over the base and compact the asphalt.

Our sales staff would go over both applictions with you to see what works with your asphalt situation.

If your asphalt is beyond repair and sealcoating, your money will be better spent on replacement or overlaying the existing asphalt.
